Acute Injury Assessment
If you’ve recently injured your knee, connecting with a professional is the first step toward recovery. In your assessment, we’ll dive into the details of your injury and goals, then build a personalized plan to address both immediate needs and long-term progress. Our goal is to kickstart your rehab journey, helping you safely rebuild strength and confidence from day one.
ACL Rehab & Training
Our phase-based ACL rehab program combines the latest research with precise testing to guide your recovery step by step. Objective and subjective measures ensure safe, effective progress through each phase, while our athlete-focused facility—with a fully-equipped gym and large turf area—allows you to train the way you’ll play. From strength-building to agility work, every part of your rehab is tailored to get you back to peak performance.
Return-to-Sport Testing
After an ACL injury, confidence is key to getting back in the game. Our 15-item testing protocol ensures you’re fully prepared, with objective strength measurements, video analysis of hop tests and movement patterns, and psychological questionnaires to address mental readiness. Through a phase-based rehab process rooted in the latest ACL research, we use clear metrics to guide each step, taking the guesswork out of your return to sport.
Injury Prevention
ACL injuries can be devastating, so prevention is key. Our programs provide athletes and teams with research-backed training to reduce injury risk. Individual KNEEFIT offers a 6-week, personalized strength plan with video assessments and re-testing, while Team KNEEFIT delivers a 90-minute workshop with coaches to identify risks and adjust warm-ups for injury prevention.
