Overview
Developed by our in-house physiotherapists and strength coaches, the Bridge Mountain Biking Strength Program trains the specific physical demands of mountain biking to excel on those steep climbs and technical descents.
Program Details
➤ Day 1 & 2 – Full Body Strength (45–60 min)
Focused resistance training targeting the core posterior chain, and stabilizers to improve power output, muscular balance, and durability on the trail.
➤ Day 3 – Energy Systems & Auxiliary Work (30–45 min)
Combines power-based movements with energy system development to enhance trail stamina and riding efficiency.
Scalable & Flexible Programming
Designed to complement your in-season ride schedule—not compete with it. All workouts can be done at home or in the gym with basic equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, step/sturdy surface). No fixed schedule—complete sessions on your terms.
Delivered via Bridge Athletic App
We use a third-party app to deliver workouts to your phone, with instructional videos and workout log tools available to track all of your movements.
