This is a pivotal stage in the football journey and athletic development of Bantam athletes as they begin to transform potential into performance. Our Bantam Training Program focuses on the fundamentals of strength, speed, and movement mechanics, creating a strong foundation for future success. This offseason program helps athletes build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong passion for football in a fun, challenging environment.
Program Details
• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Frequency: 2x/week
• Location: The Bridge – Sherwood Park (#109, 2055 Premier Way)
• Dates: January 7th – February 25th
• Time: Tuesdays 8-9 PM & Saturdays 9-10 AM
• Cost: $320 + GST

• Strength & Power Development – Lay the groundwork for full-body strength and explosive power to excel in contact situations and dynamic plays.
• Speed & Agility Work – Master change-of-direction skills and sprint mechanics to outpace the competition and react with precision.
• Mobility & Coordination – Build resilience and durability while enhancing coordination for smoother, more efficient movement on the field.
• Individualized Assessment – Use force-measuring equipment and personalized analysis to understand your style of play and design a program that builds on strengths while addressing key areas of development.
