Overview
The GLA:D® (Good Life with Osteoarthritis in Denmark) program is a globally recognized, evidence-based initiative designed to empower individuals living with knee or hip osteoarthritis (OA) to take control of their health and improve their quality of life. Over the course of seven weeks, participants gain access to a structured education and exercise program led by experienced clinicians who specialize in OA management and progressive rehabilitation.
